The College Readiness Department prepares students for college-level coursework. The department offers integrated reading/writing courses along with beginning and intermediate algebra courses. The integrated reading/writing courses have lab components that address individual student needs through integrated technology. All math courses are supplemented with the Pearson's MyMathLab (MML) program, which allows students ample opportunities for practice and enrichment. Students are placed into College Readiness classes based on their Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment scores.
